The Dingjie Shengshi DJWR5018 intelligent robot made its debut at a company in Suzhou

Recently, the DJWR5018 intelligent unmanned cleaning robot, newly developed by Dingjie Shengshi, completed on-site trial operation at a large precision manufacturing enterprise in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. It was highly recognized by the enterprise for its efficient performance.

At the test run site, the DJWR5018 moved freely within a 5,000-square-meter workshop. With the help of liDAR and visual fusion navigation technology, it accurately avoided obstacles such as production lines and material racks. It completed a thorough cleaning within two hours, achieving a cleaning coverage rate of 99%, and the removal rate of industrial stains such as oil stains and metal debris on the ground exceeded 95%. The person in charge of the enterprise calculated on the spot that this robot can replace three manual workers and reduce the overall labor cost by more than 60%.

The technical team of Dingjie Shengshi simultaneously demonstrated functions such as remote control, automatic charging, and real-time upload of cleaning data. Its IP67-level protection design is perfectly adapted to the damp and dusty environment of the workshop. After the trial operation, both sides reached a preliminary cooperation intention on bulk purchase and customized services, marking a crucial step for this robot to be applied on a large scale in industrial scenarios.
